Whether you are renovating an existing space or building a new home, Nadin West Joinery can design & build your custom cabinetry to suit your space, style & needs. We design & build joinery for all types of spaces, not just Kitchens, but for Laundries, Vanities, Robes, Home Offices, Fireplaces, Media/TV cabinets and list goes on. In fact, we can design and build cabinetry for just about any space.
The typical process will look like this.
Renovating

Give us a call to make a time for one of our talented design team to visit your home to take measurements, see your space and run through design ideas with you. If you have the time, we recommend you pay our showroom a visit and have a staff member show you though our displays to get a feel of the different finishes & functionality available before your appointment.
Building, not renovating
Making an Appointment
If you're building a new home or making a substantial renovation and the space does not exist to measure or see, please give us a call to make a time to see one of our talented design team in our showroom to run through your plans, design and inspiration for your new space. Don't forget to bring along your building plans and any ideas or inspiration you may have for the space.
Design + Quote
The Process
After initially meeting with one of our talented design team, based on all the information we have gathered, we will compile a design that we feel is appealing from both a visual and functional standpoint that suits the brief. We will present you with our design and best price to commission it. Under your direction, we can arrange the removal & disposal of your existing kitchen, electrical, plumbing, ducting of your rangehood by a specialist. Just let us know at the time of your visit. If you require a builder for structural alterations, we can recommend a local, reliable builder that is suited to your requirements.
Production
Building Your Dream Kitchen
Once we have perfected your design and you have signed our contract and payed your deposit to proceed, one of our team members will be in contact with you to arrange a check measure of the space. This is where your kitchen starts to take shape. The plans will be optimized for production to feed our state of the art CNC machine for precision cutting. One of our tradesman will be assigned to building your new kitchen ready for you to view, set-up on our factory floor. All cabinets are built on-site in our factory from Australian produced materials.
Installation
From Inspiration to Reality
The time has come to say goodbye to the old and hello to your new dream kitchen. Our install team will remove & dispose of your old kitchen (if contracted to do so), deliver & install your new kitchen whilst trying to minimize the disruption to your busy lives. This process generally takes two days with an additional 10 days required for stone or acrylic benchtops and a subsequent 10 days for glass or stone splashbacks. Installation is carried out by our own employees and not a sub-contractor for your piece of mind.

A large part of our business is still focused on our grass roots, commercial joinery fit-outs. A leading supplier in Newcastle and the Hunter, we work with the architect and builder to achieve the best outcome for the client to complete their vision for the space.
Our work is on display in some of the premier pubs, clubs & entertainment venues around Newcastle as well as offices, doctor & dental clinics, John Hunter Hospital, sporting facilities, Newcastle Airport, local cafes and restaurants to name a few.
The type of joinery that we have completed at these locations are bar facades and counter tops, dry bars, auditorium & lobby feature wall linings, wash vanities, toilet cubicles, reception counters, nurses stations, bed heads, office desks to name a few.
